Agreement with VisionsCraft
Last updated: September 2026. These terms are between you and VisionsCraft, Gulberg III, Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. Using this website means you accept them. A contact-form message is not a paid engagement.
Acceptable use of the website
Use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not attack, scrape in a way that harms availability, plant malware, or impersonate VisionsCraft. We may refuse or limit access if use threatens the site or other visitors.
Website copy is not a contract to build AI
Service pages, case studies, and blog posts are general information. They are not an offer, quotation, or statement of work. Paid agentic AI, RAG, voice, or automation work starts only when both sides sign a written agreement that states scope, fees, and ownership.
Intellectual property
Text, graphics, logos, and code on this site belong to VisionsCraft or its licensors. You may not copy the site as a competing brochure. Ownership of deliverables from a paid project is whatever that signed agreement says — not these website terms.
No warranty on the public site
The public site is provided "as is." We do not warrant that pages are complete, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular decision. Liability for paid work is limited as set out in that project's contract, not by this page.
Governing law
Unless a signed client agreement says otherwise, these website terms follow the laws of Pakistan, with Lahore as the venue for disputes about this site.
